Our Promise: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you in full — no questions asked — within 30 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@lexplair.com with subject: Refund Request
- Include the email address used for purchase and your LemonSqueezy order number
- We process your refund within 2 business days
- Your bank may take 5–10 additional business days to reflect the credit
You do not need to explain why you want a refund. We will not ask.
Eligibility
- Eligible: Any digital product purchased within the last 30 days
- Eligible: Complete bundles — refund applies to the full bundle price
- Not eligible: Purchases older than 30 days (we may still consider exceptions)
- Not eligible: Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us
Technical Issues
Broken download link, wrong product, or corrupted file — email us and we will re-send immediately or issue a full refund, your choice.
